Excel (Office XP Professional) Arrow Key Help

At one time, when I used the arrow keys on my keyboard, the next cell in the direction of the arrow would get highlighted. Now, when I use the arrow keys, the page scrolls either up or down or left or right, i.e., it’s like the arrow keys are somehow mapped to the scroll bars.

How do I turn this off?

I want the arrow keys to move to the next cell (up,down,left or right), not to scroll the page.

Ok, I figured it out.

I have a switch that lets me work between several computers. The hot key that signals the switch is, you guessed it, “Scroll Lock.”

I just made sure Scroll Lock was off, and Excel functions normally.

This thread can be closed if a mod passes by, or, someone else can report the post since I can’t do it myself.
