Now how do I get it out, dilly dilly?

Mine was more of an impulse buy. I didn’t think I would be posting much, all my alternatives were taken, and so I was trying to think of something Scottish that would be identifiable (I’m a proud Scot! What?!).

Apparently, though, I identify with the humble turnip. I am not sure what this says about me, but I am thinking it has something to do with low self esteem.

Still, I think it sounds better than Haggis or Tatties.

(Haggis, neeps and tatties is traditional Scottish fare)

Oh, awesome! I’m glad there are at least two of us around.

Me? I’m knee-deep in pussy. I just like the name so much, I can’t get rid of it.

You’re dilly dilly doomed from the dilly dilly song.

tis’ tuff rockin out and hearin dilly dilly after every line.

There are no absolutes.

But you’re an abso–waaaaait a minute! I see what you did there!!

Pretty self-explanatory.

I’ve always loved drawing, coloring, painting, creating for as long as I can remember. Studied botanical drawing at a botanical garden and now teach it. Do graphic design as well. Love detail and patterns.

Because it always makes me laugh when I think of G.O.B. reading Lucille2 the menu in his sleazy voice.
“Chicken Fingers with Spicy Club Sauce”

That and I’ve never actually tasted chicken fingers. They’re mundane and surreal and disgusting all at once.

For the life of me, I can’t remember. Probably got it from some dumb website.

I have had a big interest in tricksters and traditional clowns on the one hand, and Native American cultures on the other, and so Heyoka was the first word that popped up when I was asked for a user name. But it was taken. Immediately Wakinyanpopped up, by association, and it was accepted.

I kind of like the name, but it is a bit too fatherly for me as a doper, since I often write dumb things. But perhaps one day I grow wise, and hoping for that, I stick with Wakinyan.

jackdavinci - Jack is a nickname for my real name Jon. DaVinci is in honor of Leonardo, a jack of all trades, since I too have many varied interests, especially like him in art and science. Which is also a polite way of saying I don’t know what I want to do with my life.

Well I got ordained as a reverend on one of those online sign-up places and the falling part comes from when I was in the Red Bull Flugtag in Tampa this past summer.
