I removed a thread titled What Does Your Phone Number Spell?. It linked up to a website that transformed your phone number into words. I thought that it was too easy for readers to figure out the original phone numbers by working backwards.
Also, did any of you realize you were giving this website your home phone number? Always be careful revealing personal info on the web, teemsters!

Yeah, that’s why I never did it. I was really curious to know what it spelled, too.

No, but seriously… If I remember the site correctly, it’s not that hard. Set up something like this:
555-2346
JJJ ADGM
KKK BEHN
LLL CFIO
Now, your phone number spells something like “JJJADGM” or “JKLBDHO” or “KJLBEIO” etc. Just pick one letter from each column, and read across. Not so bad, just lots of combinations. (And “555” is a lousy beginning…)
