Expressionism: The Game

Crazy like a fox. A boatload of anvils. More fun than a barrel of monkeys. Aren’t you getting tired of modern colloquialisms? They’re always the same old thing. Sure, there have been attempts at bringing such terms up to date. Replacing boatload with buttload or metric assload for a cheap laugh, or coming up with new topical references to replace old, dated references. But even these have gotten stale. So let’s make new ones. Any sort. For example:

Comparative
The diamond gleamed like sweat on a bald man.

Qualitative
That was trouser-tentingly exciting!

Quantitative
A Hummer’s-worth of assholes.

I’m sure there are better examples than this crotchful of Gallagher-smashing crap, so let’s have 'em!
