Sure, there have been attempts at bringing such terms up to date. Replacing boatload with buttload or metric assload for a cheap laugh, or coming up with new topical references to replace old, dated references. But even these have gotten stale. So let’s make new ones. Any sort. For example:

The diamond gleamed like sweat on a bald man.

That was trouser-tentingly exciting!
Quantitative
A Hummer’s-worth of assholes.
I’m sure there are better examples than this crotchful of Gallagher-smashing crap, so let’s have 'em!
