I have recently had a cataract removed and the artificial lens inserted. Before the operation, I had noticed that when I blew my nose, air came through the corner of my eye with the bad cataract and it never had before I started to notice my eyesight changing. I have also noticed that my eye seems to shake a tiny bit when I am reading, also from before the operation. It’s just more noticeable since the op.
My next specialist appointment isn’t for anther few weeks, but I’m wondering if anyone has had similar things happen with their eyes? It is a bit of a mystery as to why I have cataracts, I don’t have diabetes, haven’t used steroids, or had long exposure to ultraviolet light or have a family history of early onset cataracts. So I’m wondering if these symptoms are related to the early onset. The specialist I talked to didn’t think it was related, but seemed quite vague and uninterested.
