Go to a beauty shop.
There is one in Bowerstone Market. Also one in Knothole Island if you have downloaded that expansion.
Oh, ok thanks! I was thinking, if I have to be a bald-headed chick for the rest of the game, I’m restarting as a male. Bad enough my character got fat and now I’m scarfing the celery. 
I know how ya feel. My character has got to be malnourished. I mean, carrots and celery and tofu are all well and good, but come on!
