Fable III Not Staring On XBox 360

Just hangs on the intro screen. I reset the console, but that did no good. It has always taken about a minute or so to start, but now not at all. Any ideas?

Check the disc? Is it scratched or dirty? Is the game installed on your HD? If not, try that? Do other games work? How old is your Xbox?

There’s not really much troubleshooting you can do with a console. Either the disc is bad or the console is.

Thanks. I did finally get it to start, but not by pressing the start button itself, unless it really did take that long to start itself (re-loading saved game data? 20 minutes? I think I got frustrated and hit every damn button on the remote! :):slight_smile:
