I have to admit, I don’t see how the situation would be different if the victim were a white heterosexual male, and the bully were a psychopathic female making claims that the victim were a perverted stalker. It seems beyond political expediency, the situations would be identical.

I should have noticed the last line of your post before this. What you can or cannot do legally is not something anonymous members of a message board can help you with. I suggest you contact a local attorney to see what, if anything, can be done.
