WARNING: Do not request neighbors on the Zynga forum. I got 67 requests the very next morning, and I personally don’t need or want that many. 20 - 30 is enough. 
I could use a good copper source, but what I’m really short on is uranium. I actually have several copper/uranium producers for neighbors but they aren’t very active. I produce gold and always have some for sale.
I will invade you, but with minimal forces and only one unit type, so you’re not going to take any losses from it. I gift 3 energy most days. I can suggest people who are undemanding and produce a particular resource.
I wish I could unload bonds in the market. One way to get to get bonds is to gift them, some people use the “send a gift back” option.
