Factual questions about Wuhan virus, most of which relevant to "medical:" GQ or IMHO?

Just thought I’d try to get a ruling from On High to keep things simpler and easy…

Consider two alternatives:

Query 1: “How long will the Wuhan virus stay viable on a surface?”–
I would put in GQ.

But unsurprisingly the same thought/question originally came to me as

Query 2: “Guy diagnosed with Wuhan sneezes into his hand, how worried should I be if he shakes hands with me?”–
which either would be bounced right off to IMHO or often would be as the thread gets going.

[ I guess this OP is a version of the old research/translational medicine thing.]

I can see SD being truly a good an important place to be true to its name on info on the virus, which actually makes the question of forums a little more important, somehow.

“How worried should I be” is a solicitation of opinion no matter what the subject is.

Maybe new questions about it should be directed one of the other 57 coronavirus threads currently open here.

If it’s that bad, there should only be one thread. Maybe two at most.

Well, there were, at first. But the threads are contagious.

One might say they’re viral.

ie not GQ.

… and one or two other replies in this thread–

Umm…just a heads up:

How concerned should I be about eating fast food in the covid-19 pandemic?
