Continuing the discussion from Failpril (Monthly Mini-Rants): I am so thoroughly exhausted, down to my bones. A coworker is on leave, overseas, for weeks. In the middle of that, apparently, one of the offices he supports has to go through renovations and a bunch of computer stations have to be removed and stored so they can remove all the furniture. This is why I always carry a small container of Lactaid.

I definitely do that on vacation! Four tablets (two before I eat, and two more after a couple of bites) let me eat a kiddie-size cup of Ben & Jerry’s with no problems.

That last kind is what almost every prescription I get comes with.

I love that sort. When I fill my prescriptions locally (I can get my 3-month supplies at Walgreens) that’s what they use. And you can flip it upside down if you don’t want that feature.
