Key point being the teacher who made the allegations not the social worker who was the target of the allegations. Specifically:
FCPS is now investigating Perez for “serious professional misconduct,” including allegations that she has failed to cooperate with investigations into her claims, made “serious accusations” against other FCPS employees based on “potentially knowingly false” information, overstepped professional boundaries when dealing with students and their families, and shared confidential information, including about students, without authorization.
I’m sure this debunking will receive ample coverage in all the right wing media outlets and this story is now completely dead, and won’t be regurgitated as fact by every right wing talking head in the years to come
Based on the latest couple of threads created by the same poster who made this one, I think it’s safe to say they haven’t learned anything from this experience, either.
“I saw a complaint from a random woman that restaurants always give her husband the larger portion while giving her the smaller portion. A sane reaction would be to soberly ask whether this is actually possible, given how restaurants work, but instead I’m going to ask how restaurants get away with this and why more people haven’t complained. Oh, and later in the thread I’m going to mention that I’ve actually worked in a restaurant, so it’s baffling that I don’t know better.”
“I saw a random video about how Speaker of the House Mike Johnson is a secret homosexual with a Grindr account. I don’t know whether or not it’s true. Honesty, I don’t care whether or not it’s true. Let’s talk about it anyway!”
Meanwhile, surprising no one, although this story was followed by Fox news with daily updates for weeks back in August, there has been no mention of any of the recent updates. Leaving every Fox News viewer with the understanding that woke teachers do actually pay for their students abortions without telling the parents.
Nailed it. Seems like these allegations were all in response to the social worker getting Mrs. Perez in trouble for buying pregnancy tests for students against school policy.
Quote from the report:
And it seems the governor knew about the allegations (and knew they were probably false) at least a year before he went public demanding an investigation.
