I tried the replacement recipe linked upthread last night. Not exactly the same, but damn good. I assume the pickling of the chaicken and the addition of powdered sugar to the breading had a lot to do with it. Not that I make fried chicken (of any stript) very much, but from now own both of those are going to be a must.

I was doing Weight Watchers at the time. Everybody on the WW forum was talking about how healthy and low calorie Chick-Fil-A grilled chicken was. You can’t get lower than 0 calories, from not being able to eat it.
