It really comes down to a ratio of fabric/bounce quotient. Bounce quotient is of course determined by ((number of jumps X (number of cheerleaders - number of male cheerleaders)) + bra size / number of cheerleaders with significant others) X 1000 for every cheerleader who’s significant other is female.

You do realize that there are actual cheerleading competitions on ESPN, do you not? From grade school up through college. Loads of fun to watch.
