Been in ketosis for nearly 4 weeks now, but last night I consumed a bottle of white wine on an empty stomach, and am no longer peeing ketones. How long will it take me to get back on the lipolysis wagon? BTW I haven’t eaten anything for 24 hours either.
OK, I’ve answered my own question: I’m back in ketosis now, about 12 hours since I last checked.
