Is anyone else watching this?
I sat out both American Idols, because this isn’t my kind of music, but somehow got sucked into this show. (I was in grad school in the early '80s, not watching much TV at all, but I did watch “Fame” faithfully, so that may be the explanation.)
I like Harlemm Lee a lot – is his age going to be a problem? I hope not. Of all the people, he’s the one I can see myself going out and buying the CD of later.
I thought the “Fame” number was really good. Some of the group numbers (“Stayin’ Alive,” just to pick an example off the TV as I type) have been pretty cheesy, but I was moved by this one.
As I said – is anyone else watching? Who do you like? What do you think of the judges? etc.
