Responsible gun owners don’t go around hoping to use their gun, they do so as a last resort. They would be glad that they only had to shoot one person instead of three.

My sentiments exactly. The more posts I read by pro-gun people the more I realize most are bloodthirsty and unstable hopefuls: hoping a situation arises when they get to blow someone away.

I’m going to take the word of a police chief of a major metropolitan area about this or a youtube link. At least for his city.

Unless the chief can point to actual data why would you consider his word more reliable than a random youtube link?

Yes. For every story like this, there are many more where a home with guns results in accidental shootings, suicide, or family members shooting each other.

So because some people can’t properly store and use their firearms those who can should be prevented access to effective means of defense? Is this a numbers game where the only goal is to minimize deaths at all costs?

The more posts I read by anti-gun people the more I realize most are sheltered authoritarians hoping an opportunity arises to strip others of their ability to protect the well-being of both themselves and their loved ones.
