Simple question: I cannot understand why all attacked and killed the Jewish Guy, 11:10 - 11:32

I appreciate if anyone explains to me.

No it is was a multiverse thing and they were in multiverse of Disneyland.

It’s because they’re in a Disney universe, and Walt Disney was famously anti-Semitic. So it’s a dig at Walt Disney. (Already pretty much answered with the Wiki quote, but I thought I’d chime in anyway because I love this episode.)
