Is it just me, or does this show get more freakin’ hilarious every time I see it? That was a rhetorical question, but any other fans out there?

I’m a big fan, too. I’m trying to think of what they haven’t covered yet or who they haven’t offended.
It took me a while to warm up to it but I’m starting to really like the show. The technique of illustrating some of the lines with an out of context scene is pretty ham fisted but overall it’s a funny show.
I have mixed feelings about the show (not that I sit there pondering it or anything), because it’s an odd mixture of true wit and grade-school stupidity. I picture ONE good, clever writer in a roomful of dope-smoking morons, pleading, “Aw, c’mon, can’t we get this bit in there?”
The whole show, to my taste, is Stewie. Brilliant character, and I love the Clifton Webb voice. I just can’t believe his lines are written by the same people who come up with the witless Simpsons-wannabe crap that composes 75% of the show.
The show sucks.
Except for that baby (is that Stewie, I don’t watch enough to know). He’s freakin hilarious.

I’d put it on par with “The Simpsons,” but it seems faster-paced in its delivery. Mixing high brow wit with low brow slapstick, to me, is a perfect combination that is difficult to maintain - “Simpsons” did it, “Futurama” is getting there, and “Family guy” does it as well.

FG rocks! I love the show. I think it’s on par with The Simpsons and Futurama. there haven’t been this many good animated shows on TV at once in a long time. Throw in The Critic reruns on Comedy Central and you’re in for a treat!

The show started out well, but had problems earlier this season (culminating in the horrendously unfunny Y2K episode). It’s improving, but Stewie is slowly becoming less and less interesting (“Do you have Prince Albert in a can” jokes? Come on now.).
I liked the show a lot last season, but it’s floundering a bit this year. The past few episodes have been better, though.

I only like Stewie and Brian the dog. The rest of it is pretty lame.
I’ve found that people either love it or hate it. I of course, love it.
Except for Stewie the whole thing is a write off.
All you need to start an asylum is an empty room and the right kind of people.
The Y2K episode unfunny? With the extended chicken-fu fight? The wheelchair guy melted into the driveway? Stewie the squid-baby? Were we watching the same episode?
Why, oh why did FOX have to put FG on across from Buffy?
You know what would be hilarious? The Stewie and Cartman show! I’d pay to see that!
I love the show. The “Family Ties” bit this weed caused me to laugh so hard I got Down’s Syndrome…
