My wife is being re-assigned to Guam. We’re wondering what exactly the screening process is for family members? Is it medical or something more? And will my status as a foreign national be a problem? Asking here because the Navy is being completely unhelpful with information about this and we’re not prepared to take the orders unless I go as well

Guam is a US territory. While you’re literly going “over the seas” you’re not leaving the country.
It’s still classified as overseas duty. (OCONUS)
