Oh lord…me too! Should this frighten me?
The OP said famous, not necessarily favorites, keep that in mind while reading these:
STTNG - “Make it so”
Rodney - “I get no respect”
Flo from Alice - “Kiss my grits”
Welcome Back Kotter - “Up your nose with a rubber hose”
A-Team - “I love it when a plan comes together”
I don’t know why this is leaping into my head. I’m nowhere near old enough.
“Good night Mrs. Calabash, whereever you are,” was Jimmy Durante’s usual, though cryptic, sign off.
Oh, and “Thanks for the memories,” was Bob Hope’s.
“It’s not me.” - Martin Blank
Ees not my job! - Freddie Prinze from Chico & The Man
Dyn-O-Mite! - Jimmy Walker on Good Times
Book ‘im Dano - Steve McGarret (Jack Lord?) Hawaii Five-0
I’m comin’ to join you 'Lisbeth! - Redd Foxx on Sanford & Son
The Devil made me do it,-or- Here comes de judge - Flip Wilson
Not really. Not unless you can quote dialogue from the show, like I can from Get Smart or Star Trek.
On the other hand, I do have all of the female co-stars rated on a scale of 1-10, cross referenced by name and episode title.
[sub]just kidding[/sub]
“Oh, Rob!!!” (Mary Tyler Moore)
“Oh, Millie!!!” (Mary Tyler Moore)
“Oh, Mr. Grant!!!” (Mary Tyler Moore)
“Oh, Murray!!!” (Mary Tyler Moore)
“Oh, Ted!!!” (Mary Tyler Moore)
“Oh, Rhoda!!!” (Mary Tyler Moore)
“Oh, Phyllis!!!” (Mary Tyler Moore)
“Oh, Sue Ann!!!” (Mary Tyler Moore)
“And THAT’S the way it was…” - Walter Cronkite.
“But you said there’d be no math!” – from a Saturday night live skit with Jerry Seinfeld as a high-school teacher.I often refer to George W as the “You said there’d be no math” candidate.
“SPOOOON!” – The Tick’s battle cry
“I would have gotten away with it too, if it weren’t for those pesky/meddlin’ kids” – any villain on Scooby-Doo
“Oh, man, now my pants are chafing me.” - Jimbo Jones
“I didn’t do it nobody saw me do it you can’t prove anything.” - Bart Simpson (and the “I Didn’t Do It Dancers”)
“They’re coming to get you, Barbara.” - “Night of the Living Dead”
“Stroooong stim.” - Steve McQueen in “The Sand Pebbles”
“But I’m using my whole ass!” Homer Simpson
I really could go on.
For all Latin American dopers
Se me chispoteó–El Chavo del 8.

We were on a break!!!–Ross from Friends.

This is heavy Doc–Marty McFly
And they lived happily ever after…
Use The Force Luke–Obi Wan

That would be Triple J Himself: J. Jonah Jameson, of the Flat-topped, Cigar Chewing party.
And my addition to the list:
“We’ve got a really great shhhhhhewwwww for you this evening.”
What about all the great SNL catchphrases over the years:
“Well isn’t that SPECIAL…??”
“Yeah, that’s the ticket.”
“Makin’ copies…!”
“Jane you ignorant slut!”
“NOT!!”
“I’m good enough, I’m smart enough, and doggone-it, people like me!” (Stuart Smalley)
Does anyone remember the official catch phrase from the old David Letterman show when they were doing gags like “The Fugitive Guy” and “The Guy Under the Seats” (Chris Elliot)? They had a catch phrase that was:
“They pelted us with rocks and garbage”
We used to say that all the time when I was in college. Then they did some contest to come up with a new catch phrase, but it wasn’t as good as this one.
Another old David Letterman catch phrase:
“You kids get out of my yard!!”

Um, yes. We do.

And of course, in the spirit of the OP, “They pelted us with rocks and garbage”.
Another short-lived Letterman catchphrase:
“Nicely packed, bag boy!”
From watching cable too much:
“We have the technology.” - Six Million Dollar Man. Amazing how often I’ve used this mockingly in conversation.
“A shining planet… Earth!” - Battlestar Galactica
“The city of Townsville…” - Powerpuff Girls
“…and knowing is half the battle.” - the old G.I. Joe cartoon.
“What we do every night, Pinky - try to take over the world!” - Pinky & The Brain
I knew I should’ve taken that left turn at Albuquerque.
{Loud, whiny voice} Oh Rickyyyyyyyy! I wanna be in the show! (Lucille Ball)
Mmmmmmmm. Donuts. (Homer Simpson)
Don’t call me Shirley. (Leslie Neilson)
