I thought this was pretty cool.
If it was a whole movie, I would certainly see it.
I’m not keen on it at all.
Other than the companion I quite liked it, will it ever be released or will the BBC prevent it due to copyright restrictions?
It looks like a ‘blow everything up’ version, with none of the charm and wit of the original.
Some of the voice acting seemed a bit off. But the actual work looks very nice.
The whole purpose seems to be to show what Doctor Who would be like as an anime. The only allowable wit is that that doesn’t rely on timing (as you would need to create the idea that it was originally spoken in Japanese). The companion would have to be that type of girl. I just hope she doesn’t get annoying.
