Fantasy Football Comedy of Errors featuring Covered in Bees!

These are the week two top ten scorers that are available:

Dante Rosario
Brent Celek
Martellus Bennett
Scott Chandler
Anthony McCoy
Kyle Rudolph
Tom Crabtree
Brandon Myers
Kellen Davis
Anthony Fasano

Dennis Pitta is available too.

Get thee a Brent Celek or Kyle Rudolph. Other than Chandler and Bennett, who are productive but unreliable, the others are one-week wonders.

Yeah, I’d put Rudolph above Celek. And with his need for a WR, Amendola isn’t a bad pickup.

Waiver requests successful and processed, being in last place has its benefits.

Considering someone else in my league picked up Ben Tate, I can’t help but wonder if I stole any players from him.

Kellen Winslow just got signed by the patriots to replace Hernandez, and is worth watching.

Let’s talk starting lineup now:

Robert Griffin III
-My only other option is to start Roethlisberger. 'Nuff said.

Willis McGahee
Trent Richardson

-As far as I’m concerned, these guys and RGIII are my studs.

Reggie Wayne
-This guy has quietly gotten me more points than anyone else besides my studs and:

Danny Amendola
-He’s new to the team, but my other options for this spot are Colston, Jones and Smith. Colston I’m just taking your guys’ word that he’s good, but let’s face it, he’s not putting up as high of numbers as the people mentioned so far. He gets the bench until someone starts to suck or he finds his beast mode. Jones is to hang around the bench with Colston until he breaks out a little more. Steve Smith is consistent, but Amendola is apparently in the midst of breaking out, so I’d like to capitalize.

Kyle Rudolph
-No real tight end options for me other than to find a rising star and hope he keeps going up, like Kyle

Andre Brown
-I could have Ryan Mathews here and hope he comes flying out of the gate for his first game this season, but I’m going to give him a week or two to see how he does.

Only person of relevance not mentioned is MJD. He’s been consistently acceptable, but I feel like Brown is simply going to be having better fantasy games than MJD. Perhaps that’s a little bandwagon jumping, but we shall see.

If anyone thinks I should be starting someone else in my flex spot, let me know soon because Brown has a game tonight.

Anything wildly incorrect or straight crazy or am I starting to get the hang of this fantasy football stuff*?

Thanks for the tip. I’ll keep tabs on him.

*As long as I keep my itchy trigger finger in check of course.
