Well, I have to say, even with Ford’s explanation, this still makes very little sense. It seems that in addition to lack of English skills in general, we can also credit Fauxpas with an absence of mathmetical notation. Writing ‘1/6.13’ would be pretty strange, but saying ‘a 6.13th’ is just bizarre.
Would have been better to say 16%, or even 100 613ths would have made more sense…

IMOW (in my own words) idiot savant- wonders if he’s trying to make fun of him? any person that has a difficulty trying to understand such simple things as phrases, words, numbers, etc. Yet, this person is very excelling in the ares of musical compositions, mathematical equations, english, etc. This person is therefore considered an “idiot”, “retarded”, or any other form of a mental condition. IMOW They are also people that are serene, humble, and sometimes aggressive with the people that are cruel and unjust towards them. Overall: el idiota savante es uno de los uniqo de conose el bien. Which means The idiot savant is one of the only that recognize (understand) the good.
