In a car chase movie… I think it’s something like Smokey and the Bandit but I can’t actually remember… cars appear on the Fox logo and chase around and over it.

In unused footage for the Marx Brothers movie A Night at the Opera–their first MGM movie–Groucho, Chico, and Harpo each appear in the spot normally occupied by Leo the Lion (with the motto ARS GRATIA ARTIS around it) and “roar.” (well, Harpo tries.) MGM decided not to use it.
I believe it made it to the official trailer, though! It’s in the DVD edition.
The ending sequence of Futurama has “20th Century FOX” changed into “30th Century Fox”. Very clever.
The movie Strange Brew opens with Dave Thomas and Rick Moranis as the McKenzie brothers, messing about with the MGM lion.
In Xanadu they start with the old Universal logo with the biplane, then the biplane transforms into a jet plane, then a UFO which streakes off the screen.
I always liked the Bugs Bunny leaning against the WB logo that they use for all their animated films.
Moulin Rouge begins with the conductor rising (ala Gypsy) and conducting the orchestra while the 20th Century Fox logo plays behind him.
