Favorite non-anthropomorphic cartoon animal

Since she treats Stitch as a person, and not an animal, it seems more that she has a different definition than you.

What dictionary says that?

This is so typical of the SDMB!

Rather than listing our favorite, we are debating who is and who isnt anthropomorphic and the definition of that word! :p:smack:

lol/

Lilo is fictional, and never used the word “anthropomoric” in the movie, so you have no idea what her definition of the word is.

Finding out what the OP means by using the word, then perhaps finding the correct word, would make it a lot easier to play the game. It’s as if someone said “What is your favorite baseball position?” then announced that her/his favorite position is “quarterback”.

So you’re saying you would beat a person with a broom for accidentally breaking a vase? Or make your wife sleep outside for trying to sleep in your bed?

Or get all excited about adopting a child as if they were a pet?

What are you talking about??

You don’t have to know a word to understand the idea behind the word. Most babies know how to tell a cat apart from other animals is without having ever heard the word ‘cat’ in their life.

Mammy Two Shoes hits Tom with a broom. And in one episode she beat him up and threw him outside for trying to sleep in her bed.

Also, didn’t Lilo say “Come here, boy” to Stitch in the movie?

Apparently sometimes you do. That is what dictionaries are for.

Of the very few non-anthropomorphic animals brought up in this thread, I too would go with Bandit from Jonny Quest.

If I did, would it mean the person wasn’t human?

I can say with reasonable certainty that both of these things have been done to humans. I will admit that at least one of them happened to me.
