Not so sure we need the second round.
I voted for Andy, I liked him best when they started to show some of his better qualities, before they took him back towards being a total buffoon.
Ann gets honorable mention because I’m a heterosexual and I had a bit of a celebricrush on her.
Round 2 will be held at the nearest churrascaria that has rodizio, which is the appropriate place for it, as it has No Salads and No Sharing. Okay, maybe there’s a salad bar, but you have to get up and go to it, whereas with the meat, they bring it to your table as long as you want - or as I like to call it, All You Can Meat.
It’s because swarthy guys with Muslim-y sounding names don’t get anywhere in politics.
I can’t choose - there are only 2-3 people on that list who AREN’T my favorite.
If pressed, I’d have to choose Leslie, because no one else works without her to bounce off of. As amazing as Ron is, he wouldn’t work without a chipper liberal foil.
(But Chris Pratt is the sexiest. He’s sexy when he’s doughy, and he’s sexy when he’s built, and I love him to pieces.)
At this point, I agree. I would do a second round to see who comes in second (essentially, redistributing the Ron votes) but as it stands, only 3 people have gotten more than one vote themselves. Such a great cast, pretty flawless across-the-board, but still a blowout.
I think we should celebrate Ron’s landslide victory with some good scotch, a steak, and a viewing of The Bridge over the River Kwai.
Works for me.
The good Scotch of course being 16-year old Lagavulin, neat.
The list is invalid because it does not include Duke Silver.
April’s so anti- everything it’s adorable. Plus her non-smile on the opening credits is great.
I’m sorry to think they’re all gone, but the finale that shows their future lives was satisfying. Loved that 100-year old Larry-Garry got enjoy his beautiful non-aging family for so long. And Ron is wonderful.
I loved them all I guess.
Rashida Jones has been my celebrity crush since she was Karen on the Office.
So no one in this thread is voting for Tom because Aziz has a “Muslim-y sounding name”? :dubious:
And this thread is “politics”? :dubious:
Anyways, of course Ron is going to win but Andy is the second best so I voted for him.
I think you’re getting whooshed by the implied Barack Hussein Obama joke.
Indeed. Though I didn’t remember the quote exactly. Here’s the exchange from Ep. 2.2, “The Stakeout”:
There is no way to choose. For one thing it’s pretty meaningless to compare major characters (Ron and Leslie) to minor characters (Jean Ralphio). And what about very minor characters (Jamm? Perd? The Douche?)
Secondly, your poll does not list Lil’ Sebastian, and therefore is invalid. Lil’ Sebastian is the best. He’s just so amazing. You get it, right?
Thirdly, it’s just impossible. It’s like Sophie’s Choice. I love them all so much!!
April, with Ron as a close second.
I voted for Ron since his character is what got me hooked on P&R but Jerry/Garry/Larry/Terry gets my vote for most underrated.
My real choice would be Ron Swanson, but I didn’t vote for him. That would be a violation of his privacy.
