Ben is my favorite of the main characters, but Jean-Ralphio steals every scene he shows up in.
In small doses, April is unbeatable. In large doses, April is also unbeatable.
I like Larry the most because he is such a loser in every way possible, except for his home life. He has a gorgeous family who adores him, is an amazing artist, and can invent brilliant things.
He barely beat out Jean-Ralphio and his sister. They are the worst.
Gotta go with Leslie, as she’s the glue that holds the rest of these crazy kids together, brings out the best in them all.

There are a lot of great characters from Parks and Rec but Ron wins it by a mustache’s whisker.

On the other hand, if we were to take the time to actually do this scientifically, objectively rating each character across a variety of fields including humor, pathos, quality of the actor, and so on, then the answer would be clear.

April would be my second choice as well. I can understand the Donna love, too.
I’m surprised Tom has got nothing so far. Although Ron is imo far and away the best character, the funniest segment was everything surrounding Tom’s twentyfour7 debacle.

But April is, in addition to being one of the most beautiful women I’ve seen on TV or anywhere, is a great character who is also ridiculously funny. Doesn’t she also do stand up?
Tom, as of right now has zero votes. 
Which would be understandable, except that people have voted for Ben, and … Mona-Lisa? Isn’t that Jean-Ralphio’s sister? Perd deserves more votes than her, let alone Tom. Aziz Ansari is a famous and hilarious comedian, guys! And he basically plays himself in this show. I would have voted for him if Ron “Give Me All The Bacon And Eggs You Have” Swanson wasn’t in the running.
