I’m sure I’m forgetting some of you people because most everyones posts are good.
I look at it this way: if I’ve done a search on a Doper or opened a thread specifically because I saw their name (OP or last post), then they must be a favorite of some kind. It doesn’t mean that everyone else is a source of disdain and weary tolerance, just that I seek others out first. So w/o further ado…[ul]
[li]Scylla: wonderfully written stories, from the humor of Nazi Groundhogs to the beautiful sentiment of a birthday thread for your wife.[/li][li]fenris: for your incredible wit, evident in the amazing stories you write, no link, but I loved the history of the Mods and Admin posts and your opera exposuring the SDMB Cabal was fantastic. Astonishing talent.[/li][li]Homer: will always be on my list because of this singular jewel- monkey butler :)[/li][li]Struuter: my first SD “crush” Miss you, hon, hope things turn up for you.[/li][li]Whammo: for, if nothing else, starting the funny things thread. Good stuff.[/li][li]Nymysys: sadly, on sabbatical, possibly never to return. Not just a flirt, a good woman and so much smarter than I, it was sexy. Which brings us to…[/li][li]dpr: a good (and lucky 
) chap, I liked you before I ever knew who you were for the Return of… thread. I am glad I got to meet you and I continue to wish you and Nymy the best.[/li][li]Satan: gone but not forgotten. The first Doper I almost met, had it not been for a last minute job interview…ah, well. IMO, intelligent posts and (not surprisingly) good flames.[/li][li]WallyM7: a Doper that I never got to meet, I joined too late, but I love reading his posts, so he is a favorite (please, old-timers, don’t jump my shit for mentioning him, I don’t think I do him a disservice.) I could post links, to roadtrips, gerbils, phone-sex or flames, but I think anyone that hasn’t done so should spend some time a do a search, it’s worth it. Well, there’re many people who I think are Spiffy To The Max. Just about anyone who I’ve encountered more than once or twice on the Boards is someone that I enjoy reading.
And no, that’s not a cop-out to avoid naming names, that’s simply to say that I think a lot of people kick ass.
However, the one person I DO have to mention is TechChick, simply because I think she’s the bee’s knees (and quite purdy, and smart, and purdy, and smart… and witty… and purdy… :D).

‘thinksnow’ made a reference to SPOOFE and toothpaste, so being the inquisitive person I am, I decided to read up on it (I knew it had to be good).
SPOOFE, I find you absolutely hilarious, and now anytime I see “Sensodine” (sp?) toothpaste, I’m sorry to say, I will think of you…wondering if it would have helped you as a young boy.
