Just possibly my favorite Elaine line in the whole damn series.
I used this line when refinancing my house. I was dealing with stupid people, and when I finally talked to an upper level person, I told him “this nonsense will be fixed by tomorrow or I will visit you in Arizona and drop you like a bag of dirt.” Problem was resolved within 24 hours.

“The handsome guy” with Kramer is the same one who came up to Jerry in Monk’s and thanked him for inspiring him to come out of the closet while he was in the Marine Corps.
Kinda puts a whole new light on Kramer, eh? 
I liked the “Oh, come on!” look Elaine gave Jerry when he said “Maybe you were mistaken.”
