Alas, no, the calculation was done by calculator and was correct. The disconnect was caused when trying to convert it into a percentage. This was a brain fart that reflects on me not on the calculator. This one was on me and I know better.

By the reaction shown by the Repubicans, it is clear that it was a win. It should not had been but the Republicans can not help but to snatch defeat from the jaws of victory.

There’s no doubt that a lot of the attacks used on Clinton are baloney. That’s true of every politician. There has not been a high profile politician in our history who has not had really weird accusations thrown at them, from McCain starting the Forrestal fire to Obama being a gay Muslim to John Kerry faking his medals.

But when stuff sticks, it sticks for a reason. It’s very rare that a politician is damaged by a scandal that isn’t legit. Politicians escape blame for real scandals far more often than they receive blame for fake ones.

That’s utter nonsense. The RW media does little but churn out lies and ignorant misinformation against its political opponents. Of course it sticks, that’s the whole point.

Since there are virtually no orphanages, but foster care, I would suspect that the Republicans made one up to set up a fire and blame her.

But in any case, I’m on the record of saying that what she did was foolish and I have to take her apology into account and now the fact that no criminal intent was found.

Well, Comey is one. And the fact that many will keep eyes on her in the opposition makes her very unlikely to have the same issue again.

FBI investigation undermines Clinton email defense

“We believe our investigation has been sufficient to give us reasonable confidence there was no intentional misconduct in connection with that sorting effort,” he said.

Comey noted, though, that there are likely work-related emails still out there that FBI investigators were unable to find.

“We are pleased that the career officials handling this case have determined that no further action by the department is appropriate,” Clinton spokesman Brian Fallon responded in a statement. “As the secretary has long said, it was a mistake to use her personal email and she would not do it again. We are glad that this matter is now resolved.”
