IIRC, he had been driving a cab for over a year to make ends meet by the time of that fateful night.
You have a basic problem here. You just cannot conceptualize this point.
You have certain beliefs. You look for people who share the same beliefs you do. And when you find them, you latch on to them as a cast iron cite. Anything they say is, to you, cast iron truth. Yo cannot grasp the notion that some of them may be lying.
Please try to understand. Some of the people you support may tell lies to win public support for your cause. And some of the people you support tell lies in order to persuade you to give them money.
I would advise you do do some research. Have a look what the term Critical Thinking actually means. Google it and read, read, read. It probably doesn’t mean what you think it does. And when you find out what it means, apply it.
Oh, I grasp the notion alright. Problem is, I don’t just take ‘PEter Morris says they are lying’ as evidence that they actually lied.
Now had Peter Morris actually pointed out genuine lies in the article he referenced he would have something. But he did not. He just didn’t like the way they discussed the events. But ‘not liking them’ does not equal ‘lying’
