Federal help

Looking for help in the 8th /2 bd
circuit far as selling drugs in a school zone

Legal questions are best suited to IMHO instead of General Questions.

You’re going to have to clarify what you are asking.

You used to be my girl,
but you’re hizgurl now.

I don’t know if you need help. I mean, you clearly have a real gift for communication. Just be this up front and clear with the judge, things should go swimmingly! Good Luck!

Availability is a little scarce right now. Are you firm on the 2 bd or would you consider a studio? I’d keep the part about selling drugs in a school zone under wraps— there may be a prohibitive clause in the lease agreement.

Do you have an attorney?

I think everyone is misreading the OP. It’s clearly a want ad. Business is booming in the area of 8th St and 2 Blocks Down, which includes a school zone. OP needs additional sales help.

My advice is not to do it.

I doubt very much they will personally help you sell drugs to kids.

I don’t think you are allowed to sell drugs in a school zone no matter how many bedrooms your apartment or house has.

I thought the OP was from an attorney.

If you contact your local FBI and give them all the details concerning your business plan, I’m sure they will give you the proper response.

If you’re seeking Federal help for selling drugs in a school zone I’d recommend the Small Business Administration or the Department of Commerce, but really, if you’re just starting out, there are a lot of local organizations that could provide more focused assistance.

There’s also a number of small businessmen who would be glad to mentor a young person just starting out.

I have no idea what you’re talking about, so here’s a bunny with a pancake on its head.

Here’s the basic federal law: 21 U.S. Code § 841

Here’s the section about selling drugs near a school: 21 U.S. Code § 860 - Distribution or manufacturing in or near schools and colleges

So here’s some of the relevant issues you’ll want to discuss with a lawyer:
What were you selling?
How much did you have?
How close were you to the school?
Do you have any previous drug-related convictions?
How old are you?
Did you have any minors working with you?
Did you sell drugs to any minors?

Depending on how you answer these questions, you could be facing up to sixty years in prison. So, once again, I’d recommend getting a lawyer.

Wait. Is this the same person who “doesn’t do drugs” but failed a drug test because they “only rubbed cocaine on their gums”?

Says “Posts: 1” next to the OP’s name, but that’s funny.

He did say “person,” not poster.

No, that was Dee104.

But I made that same assumption initially too.
