Feds close in on allegedly corrupt Congressman (PA-2)

The Representative of the 2nd district has been charged with bribery, fraud and money laundering. The alleged SOB was apparently trying to conceal a $1 million contribution to his failed mayorial campaign. I say he should get a fair trial, a jury should evaluate all 29 counts and if declared guilty he should rot in jail.

The only thing I’d change from your OP is that if found guilty, he should receive a sentence commensurate with sentences that others have received for similar crimes. I’m happy to see murderers and rapists ‘rot in jail,’ but most others should serve their time, and return to society.

Yep, not sure there is much to debate here.

Oh, Philadelphia…don’t ever change.
