If I’m in a real pinch I do that too, but I always wash my face.
Most of the time it’s something of a process- I wash everything with a washrag and soap, then I shave my face (I’ve got a shaving mirror in the shower), then wash my hair.

My high school cross country running shoes were a mobile hazmat event. Washing my feet is the last thing I do in the shower. I sit down on my shower stool (everyone should have the ability to sit down on the bath/shower), lather them up, work my fingers between the toes and rinse. I also keep a pumice stone in the shower to scrub off dead skin maybe once a week.
We bought one of these and along with eliminating slip hazards, it’s great for scrubbing the bottom of the feet. Our shower stall has built-in seats, so I can scrub the tops and sides of my feet with them resting on the edge. Easy-peasy!
