Actually the judge was hispanic and I only got community service and had to pay a fine. Even though it was considered aggravated asault there was provocation involved. You can guess what the provocation was and I wasn’t the one doing the provoking. Luckily I had a good lawyer who pretty much bargained it down to almost nothing since it was my first offense.
If it happens again next time I think i’ll just police the evidence and then leave the scene. It’s funny how all of you point this out to try to make me look like some kind of violent criminal. Where were you when Vincent Chin got beat to death by 2 white factory workers who were later acquitted by an all white jury? Though I do admire Dr. Tsien Hsue-shen an Asian-american scientist who was accused by the racist white American government of being a communist and ostracized. He was later forcefully deported to China where he single handedly developed the PRC’s nuclear program. A great man indeed, shows how America’s racism worked against it.

I don’t believe i’ve ever supported pro-japanese imperialism before. Matter of fact in one of my arguments I specifically stipulated that at one point in history the Japanese absorbed colonialist thought and the whole dogma behind race superiority. They thought they were descendants of their emperor and mimicked early British empire colonization actions. That was a long time ago and only a very brief period in Japanese history however.
