The general direction of his argument is as follows:
On the one hand one is a bad stereotype, if one is not a stereotype then one is selling out and trying to be white.
There’s no way to argue because the premise itself is contradictory. To argue against the first part is to support the second part and vice versa.
So this thread will just go on and on and on and get nowhere. That’s why I enjoyed the Tolkein ramblings. They also go nowhere but the ride would be more fun.
