Ok, setting aside the fact that the girl was a minor, filming anybody performing a sex act without their knowledge and distributing it is pretty heinous. Would the story really sound all that much better if the girl was 18 instead? I personally don’t think so.

Now that we have the Felony Conviction issue garnering 100% approval… what do you all think of the 10 year sentence the BJ receiver has gotten and the potential 10 year sentence the filmer is looking at?

I assume a 10 year sentence is more like parole in 5 years with good behavior… That doesn’t seem entirely excessive, anyone think it should be longer or shorter?
