Gods, no. Body-building women are the ugliest creatures on the planet, bar none. Totally disgusting.
Any woman with less than 12% or so bodyfat will lose their period. It’s not just limited to bodybuilders. And even in those cases, generally only when they’re in contest shape which is usually just a few months out of the year.
Well… most body-building men look pretty disgusting as well, IMHO.
Here’s another negative vote for all things body-building. Ugh. Men or women.
Agreed. The whole bodybuilding thing looks bad on guys and even worse on women.
Basic rule - if you meet a woman who can crack walnuts with her thighs, run away fast.
Female bodybuilders are incredibly unattractive. Why, why whyyy do they want to look like that?
I Agree. My first reaction was that it was photoshopped.
No argument from me on that one.
It doesn’t help that a lot of them (men and women) take steroids and other drugs to build their muscles. This is especially bad for women bodybuilders because they start looking like men. Maybe if you are bisexual you can find them attractive.
I won’t link to it, but if you look at the forums for the t-nation.com site that contains the Jen Heath photo posted, you’ll find rampant and open discussion about how to use steroids, how to get steroids, etc… Abhorant.
I think the photos of Jen Heath and Jessica Biel posted are very pleasing to the eye. However, for the others I don’t find them pleasing at all and I strongly suspect drug use.
I’m female, but I’ll say that I find bodybuilders of both sexes to be…just gross. Like an anatomy lesson gone wrong. But “fitness competition” girls are HOT to me, and your normal, healthy, muscular, six-pack-havin’ guy is HOT, too.
With steroid taking bodybuilding men, I’d agree. Natural weightlifters look fine to me. (of course I am not “attracted” to men, so YMMV)
Female powerlifters and bodybuilders look gross. Fitness models, on the other hand, like Victoria Pratt or any of a dozen other gals you find on the various crappy sci fi/fantasy shows that air on a typical Saturday afternoon are pretty hot.
Another vote for mostly hot. There are certainly some female bodybuilders that I don’t find attractive, but there are some women who are considered attractive by the mainstream that I don’t get at all. Muscles aren’t inherently masculine or feminine, it’s the whole package that makes someone attractive.
Not.
Fit and athletic: hot.
Bodybuilder: freak show.
Figure competitors are hot. If you need proof, browse through here:

No nudity, but I want to be on the safe side.
Female bodybuilders, on the other hand, are juiced up mutated freaks. I have no problem with anyone pursuing that lifestyle, but it is just far from what I would find attractive.
You’ll also find some of the best discussions on eating healthy and building muscle, without steroids.
That girl could have a third leg and still be hot! Dayum.
She could have my third leg if she played her cards right.
Well put.
Anyway, for me, the muscles aren’t what make some female bodybuilders unattractive…it’s the face. Quite a few of them, I’ve noticed, end up with a drawn, skull-like visage, with an odd hairline. I don’t know if that has to do with hormones, or muscle development patterns, or what. But, in any case, a woman who looks like an angry She-Hulk but who has a lovely face would be a lot more attractive than, say, a supermodel with an over-the-top bodybuilder’s face—or, to be honest, a lot of supermodels, period. They just look bland. The human equivilant of saltines.
