Ferguson 2015

Oh, you’re no fun.

Regards,
Shodan

Has anyone asked the Oath Keepers why they’re there? Shouldn’t they be off preventing Jade Helm or something?

That was certainly the implication I got from it, whether you intended it or not.

Jade Helm is a bunch of soldiers with guns. These are blowhard pussies who only want to LOOK and FEEL tough. Actual soldiers nearby would have them shitting their pants.

AIUI, most of the Oath Keepers are themselves military or ex-military personnel.

I thought the same thing.

You are filled with assumptions. I did research. None of the information you listed above (without a cite, btw) was available when I posted the OP. How was I supposed to know it? :dubious:

Oh, I decided he must be right? Why don’t you quote me on that? Go ahead, post the quote from me where I said that. Oh, you can’t find anything I posted that says that? No, you can’t because your wrong: I never said anything about either the cops or the father being correct.

Yeah, but you didn’t need any of that in order to believe the police or the father, did you? No, you automatically defaulted to the police’s version, even without any corroborating evidence. In short, you are part of the problem.

This is a lie. 16 minutes after your OP, Morgenstern linked to a CNN story with the information in it.

This isn’t my first time around the block, numbskull. I can tell from the way you so carefully worded your posts what you intended to imply. Your posts were not neutral

No, chuckleheads like you are the problem. At first glance, with the first evidence available to us, this appeared to be a perfectly justified police shooting. People like you who assume that any police shooting of a black person must automatically be unjustified do not help the fight against the ones that really are unjustified. You simply make things worse.

I imagine it might be a great place to have a well-fortified (i.e., impregnable) gun dealership or liquor store.

Yup, totally got that too. Sorry, dude, if you meant a neutral OP, you blew it.

No, not really. I can’t be responsible for your bias; sorry.

Tell you what, tho, help me out here: why don’t you point out what I wrote that shows my bias and explain where you see it?

Is that for all four or five or so who took the time to post? Just for me? You’ve already engaged one other about the very same thing. I see that went about as well as nailing Jello to a wall for him. Do you expect our exchange to go any better?

Same here.

Tell that to Oakland.

Eh, just make it an annual party. Costume up the now closed downtown buildings so that burning them down (again) can be part of the fun.

I can’t wait to see how they set up the carnival arcade shooting gallery…

Oakland provides relatively cheap housing with convenient commuter access to the wonders of San Francisco. Ferguson provides even cheaper housing with convenient commuter access to … well, St. Louis.

They’re doomed.

Maybe not the OP, but your use of the smilie in this post makes it appear that you’ve definitely taken a side.

Ah Morgenstern. Your damage is always so predictable.

Me too but I don’t see what all the fuss is about. Every situation like this I would think that the observer would try to make a decision on who is at fault.

I happen to believe the guy shot was at fault. More evidence later could prove me wrong but from the information I have now I have to go with what I know.

It seems to me that any cop would be nuts to try and gun down an unarmed man in Ferguson while media and cell cameras were everywhere. In fact I would expect a cop to possibly unnecessarily hesitate discharging his gun because he knows what happened to the life and career of the cop who started this whole mess one year ago.

Snowborder Bo, just quit mucking about, dodging and weaving. Go ahead and state an opinion. The people on the street are definitely of the opinion that police violence is unwarranted. People on this board also agree with that.

Get off he fence. Unless you like what the picket is doing to your “special” spot.

I think thats unfair. If you read that into the OP, it’s probably more your fault than his.
