So, is anyone watching “Jeffrey Epstein: Filthy Rich” on Netflix?
I watched the first 2 episodes last night. It’s well done, and I’ll probably watch the rest of it, but it’s kinda hard hearing about how gross and disgusting he was.
Ok, I just finished it. Now I need to cry in the shower and then watch some care bears or something to offset the ick.
Ick is the right word. I wish the documentarians had gone more into how he made his money. I know they said he was involved in a Ponzi scheme and the word of his former boss about the scheme. But, there has to be more than that.
Yes. There’s definitely a story there, but nobody appears to be interested.
Seems to me that an organization like, say, the *New York Times *or the Washington Post, with vast resources of reporters and expertise, could have put together a really good story on where all the money came from.
It’s just not possible that that much money didn’t leave footprints.
But nobody appears to want to dig into that story.
