So I recorded One Tree Hill for my daughter on my Sony DVD recorder, and before it could be finalized my wife shipped it off to her at school. Is there a way to finalize it without using the original DVD recorder? Is there a program to emulate the Sony DVD recorder? Programs that will do it no matter what it was recorded on?
