Finding Chinese Characters on the Internet

I was given a plaque with a quote by Henry Ford on it. Also, it has a Chinese character that has some meaning succinct to the quote. But, I cannot read Chinese and haven’t been able to figure out how to find out what the symbol means. Any ideas?

Show it to someone who knows Chinese. If you can post it on line you can find someone easily. Even if you can find the individual signs in a dictionary you will not be able to figure out the meaning.
