Finding Inner Peace

I’m passing this information along to you to help you. This
worked for me and I think it may work for you. I have found Inner Peace. Recently I read an article that stated: “The best way to achieve inner peace is to Finish Things You Have Started.”
So today I finished two large bags of potato chips, the last half of a lemon cream pie, a nearly full bottle of José Cuervo, a small box of Godiva Chocolates and I slapped the living shit out of someone I have never liked.
I feel better than I have felt for a long time.

What did you do today to achieve inner peace?

“There is no inner peace. There is only nervousness and death.”—Fran Lebowitz

I think if I’d consumed all that, what I’d be feeling would be a great deal of inner turmoil, intestinally speaking.

Eve, you obviously didn’t read the OP. Isabelle showed us a path down which even you or Fran Lebowitz could find inner peace.

Not if I had to bitch-slap Fran for the last of the chocolates.

I whirled some peas.

I dropped a nuke

then I shot a dog

I swoggled some horns, and I buckled the last batch of swashes.

I tried Googling for it but it didn’t find anything interesting. Fortunately, I was able to find it on Amazon for $13.99(U.S.). It should be at my door within the next 3-5 business days.

I watched three hours’ worth of ‘Oz,’ and reflected upon how much better my life is than the people in that show. And packed my entire thousand -volume library into boxes for moving to a distant and exciting city.

I took a nice long nap.

Awww, the inner bliss that is Oz.

I watched Oz yesterday too.

This wasn’t today, but I recently called QVC during their Thomas Kinkade show & berated the operator for perpetuating a fraud on the American public by selling crap and calling it art.
