First five songs on your iPod

hmmm !@#* seems to be an actual song by rusted root, and the obama thing is a song with artist “NPR” that I’m guessing was some kind of presidential tribute. The other weird numbers are all songs I downloaded from the Pisces myspace page which saves them as odd filenames rather than the song name.

NPR??? Dude, that’s my FAVORITE band! Totally.

Have you heard their new album??? It’s called … yeah, I think I will stop now.

First five alphabetically:

  1. a-Tisket a-Tasket - Ella Fitzgerald
  2. Aaww, Mama, Can this Really Be the End… Down and Out in Vegas with Amphetamine Psychosis Again - Part of a performed reading of Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas
  3. Abba-Gadda-Davida Storm Large and the Balls (Abba’s Take a Chance on Me sung to Inna-Gadda-Davida)
  4. Aboard the Good Ship Venus - the Poxy Boggards
  5. Absolute Power: a Tennis Star (Overseas Partner) - an episode of a British radio play. For what it’s worth, numbers 6-26 are also episodes of the same series.

At the other end:
11,274) 8 Piece Box - Southern Culture on the Skids
11,275) 8. Communio: Lux Æterna - Slovak Philharmonic Orchestra from Mozart’s Requiem
11,276) 9 Lives - Koffin Kats
11,277) 9 to 5 - Millencolin
11,278) 99.9F° - Suzanne Vega

Damn iTunes and its lousy alphabetisation. Does anyone know how to put numerics at the front where they should be?

Hence the scare quotes…
