I believe you’re thinking of Shark Attack 3: Megalodon which had John Barrowman, a bunch of Russians, and a giant dinosaur-shark. Plus closure to all the questions raised in Shark Attack and Shark Attack 2. But was sadly lacking in underwater naked lesbians.
