But Miss Jane doesn’t have a chance because she’s so ugly she’s never had a man and never will.
Anyway. . .She calls Miss Jane [something] face. My hearing is just not sharp enough to make it out. Anyone???

Edit: Ahhh, it’s the line just after the one above. I agree, it sounds like “fuck face,” but maybe “bug face” – the closed captions seem to omit it entirely.
To be honest, it sounded to me like she said “f*ck face,” but that’s extremely unlikely, so I’ll guess “bug face.”

Anthony Quayle got his part in Lawrence of Arabia, I suspect, at least partly because his face could reasonably be called foolish (as it was in the script). I have wondered how he felt about that.
Nancy Kulp made a career of being a homely middle-aged spinster (rather like Edna May Oliver back in her day). I wonder how she felt about that.
