Bowls. Lots and lots of mixing bowls.
Corkscrewn. Not because I cook with wine so much, but because the cook needs her glass of wine! And also because, unlike many utensils, it’s hard to improvise a corkscrew when one isn’t around.
Kitchen scale. I rarely measure with cups anymore, preferring to weigh everything.
Eh, I’m seeing a bit of varied sloshing of the word “utensil” in these lists … but to me:
Utensil:
Wooden spatula (pancake flipper kind)
Rubber spatula/scraper (soft scrape out bowl kind)
Bamboo tongs
All metal uni-piece potato/bean masher
Sushi knife
Implements:
Cheese grater
Measuring cup
Mixing Bowls
Channelled Cutting boards
Hot Pads/Plates/Trivets
Can Opener
Corkscrew
Measuring cup
Spatula
Stirring spoon
Sharp knife? Nah, I use a steak knife from the drawer.
Cutting board? Nah, I cut things on the top of the stove.
Whisk? No, I just use that in my laundry.
Pizza stone? You mean you can get stones from eating too many pizzas?
Sushi knife? If you need a knife to eat sushi, yikes! :smack:
Of course I’m kidding!
Chef’s knife
Large cutting board
Cast Iron skillet
Cast Iron dutch oven
Corkscrew (The Rabbit rocks my world.)
I use each of those items either every day or almost every day.
Can’t live without 'em.
Uhh, how about every day, or every other day.
*Almost *every day? WTF?
