Looking for some good Spanish dance music…ala Gypsy Kings…but NO KEYBOARDS or techno stuff. Oh that drives my crazy. Any names/titles I should know about?

For purer Spanish music try the late Camaron de la Isla.
Fusions include Radio Tarifa (Spanish-Moroccan) and Ketama’s collaboration with Toumani Diabate (Spanish-West African).
For novelty, how about some Flamenco-heavy metal? Medina Azahara.
