If the farts are visible to the human eye, then your problem really *is * serious.
No advice on how to cure the farts, but I’d suggest taking advantage of them: enjoy all the beans, cabbage, and other fartogenic foods you like with impunity for the time being. If anyone complains about the funk, just look innocent and say it was the cat

with my vet’s approval, i actually put Miss Speck who was only about two or three months old at the time, on the same brand i feed my five-year-old boy, Turk.
it’s expensive, but well worth it because it puts the digestive systems on the right track - from the get-go. no gas problems from either of them. i can’t remember the name off the top of my head, but it’s probably feline g/d which i get at the vet’s or science diet.
